I vaguely remember a previous exchange in which it was suggested you
might change the underlying value list to staff and also permit
independent entry. Then by adding each volunteer to the staff list,
it would be possible for them to select their own name. Walt Daniels'
automatic process would seem to be even better. Can you give us more
detail?
