Do not use OS sharing!
It is permissible run ebase on the server accessing the files on the server
(but be aware of what other loads are on the server). From client machines
use the HOST button on the open dialog to get to the files not the file
system sharing.
It is also permissible to run ebase on a dedicated machine sharing the file
via filesharing and hence hosting the files for other machines. This might
be desirable if the machine that has the actual files is the only one which
gets backuped regularly. Any other machines should not use file sharing to
get to the files, but use the HOST button as above.
