The hard part was that the fact that you were producing a second page in the layout wasn't visible on the layout but my printer gave me a second blank page or a second page with my letterhead header but no text. I can't remember now how I figured out that was what was causing the problem but when I played around with shortening the text box, even a tiny bit, it worked. It's tricky, you have to play with it.

The layout looks great, fits nicely on the page. The test printing is perfect. But when I print the real thing, the program insists on printing two copies of every letter.
