We have noticed that deleting a record (by hitting "Delete" button on
the Names Data Entry window) fails to actually delete the record
UNLESS you are at the computer which is hosting the database.
The work around, when we were using FMP 4.3 to host ebase, was to
visit the hosting computer to accomplish deletes.
However, we have just installed FMP Server 5.2 and are accessing from
FMP 5.3 clients. Delete still fails to work. But now the workaround
doesn't work either, since there is no user interface on the hosting
computer (it's just running server).
