I sounds like something is screwed up in the delete scripts (there are
several pieces to the process). Look at the scripts (perhaps print them).
Then go back to a fresh install of the distribution and look at the scripts
there. Compare and fix yours to be the same as the original distribution.
It is not a general eBase bug as it works correctly for me and I presume
most others since no one has complained.
