Walt's suggestion of looking at the scripts which control the 
deletion is what I would try first. If they all look the same as a 
fresh copy, the next thing to look at is whether the required related 
files are open. The delete scripts call functions and scripts in the 
files deleted_.102 (to post brief info on the deleted record) and 
groups_.102 (to check if the deleted record is a head of household). 
Make sure your server is making all 29 ebase files available to the 
clients.
