Thanks for the trial info...suspected but was not sure.
Limited data is the general idea I was looking for in the Webification.
I would like to have one power user directly in the database and reports/info to four
others other web. Any real world issues in running reports with 5 users with this web
setup...using FMP 5.0 or 5.5 and not using FMP Server? Already seen documentation
that over 4 users is 'pushing' the stability of FMP but would think the web reporting
side would not be major concern with a basic FMP installation on a dedicated machine
(ie browse/read only)

The problem here is the interaction between the ebase runtime
solution and FileMaker's trial version. That is, they don't. The full
version of FMP 5.5 has no trouble running the ebase file set.

I don't believe the issue is the 5.5 version. I heard similar issues
before the release of 5.5. Maybe one of the developer crew can chime
in with details. You should know that in any case the functionality
of ebase, buttons and scripts, will not work through Web Companion.
In the cases I know about, the administrator has been looking for
display and modification of a limited set of data. They created a new
FileMaker file, related it to files in the ebase file set, and
displayed that file using Web Companion.
