I only know about QuickBooks and csv or tab files will not work. You must
use their IIF format (which is not hard but different). I expect to have to
write a program that changes a CSV or TAB to IIF.

I am sure there are accounting packages written in FileMaker. They would
obviously integrate better. None of them are well known like QuickBooks or
Peachtree and may or may not have the function you require. Accounting
packages are long time commitments so I look for a company that has been
around for a long time, looks like they will be around for longer still and
regularly updates their product. You want a company with thousands, not
hundreds of customers. They all have an annoying tendancy to capture your
data in proprietary ways and inhibit your moving on to something better,
e.g. QuickBooks IIF files. But I bet that Peachtree knows how to import IIF
because that is their main competitor.
