I've inserted a merge field (Names: Record Number) into a Payment Letter layout and it gives me a "$" sign (along with the correct value) which I can't seem to eliminate when the letter is displayed. I've tried re-inserting, formatting, etc. and nothing works. Other merge fields display properly. I know this has been discussed before, but it's late and FM Pro's idiosyncrasies are starting to piss me off again!
