In addition to the question below... :)
-I recently did a summary report on 2 appeal letters we sent out. I got them both in 
the same report by doing "add new request" on the find. However, the report
didn't tally up the grand totals at the bottom, it gave the totals from the second 
letter only as the "grand totals" as well. How can I fix this?
