FileMaker support won't know much about ebase functions. They will be
able to help with FileMaker issues, but their help will be more about
fixing something that's broken, and less about "How do I do this?"
For support that this list can't support, either because of the
immediacy or scope of your question, you'll need to draw on the list
of consultants available on the ebase website help page.
