Hi, I do this all the time. Here are the steps:
1. do your find in Ebase 2. click the "output" tab 3. choose "file export" 4. pick "for letter merges" You will put into the export wizard. 5. then hit the "next" button on the export wizard 6. you will be given an opportunity to save the file and pick a file type -- I pick a merge file with the ".MER" extension. 7. save the file and eventually you will use this file in word as your data file. 8. once you save the file you will be given the opportunity to pick your Ebase fields. You should pick the Ebase fields and then hit "export."
