Letting FileMaker convert is no problem. That is exactly what was done to produce .103 + a few bug fixes. If you have your own mods to the base code you should convert .102 to V5.5 and get the bug fixes from the web and apply them.
V2 availability in October is beta code and by no means ready to run an organization on. That will be January or so. V2 is good for the adventurous to start playing with, particularly those with lots of mods to V1 as they will have to roll their own conversion mechanisms to a large extent. > -----Original Message----- > From: Mary Hunter Ellis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2001 2:57 PM > To: TechRocks Support > Subject: [support] filemakerpro new version vs ebase 2.0 > > > Over the weekend I purchased a copy of the upgrade from FileMaker 4.1 to > 5.5. > > I currently have ebase v1.02.
