Then you get a box that says, "Specify field order.." something like that, and you have to pick the fields that you want to merge, like "Name" and "address". then you click on export, open word, go to tools, mail merge, where it says, open data, search for your ebase data that you exported, create the letter, enter the fields, and "merge". If you have any questions let me know, it's really easy once you get the hang of it.
