Andi - I'm guessing that the value list you edited (in admin screen 2, right?) was the action PREFERENCES list. This should modify the list of action preferences you see on the activist/volunteer screen. Editing this value list will not modify the actions that are available in the action TAKEN value list, which is part of the ACTIONS table, not the NAMES table. If you want to change the list that shows up in that ACTIONS table, you'll have to do it manually, there is no value list editor like there is for the lists in the names table. FMP Pro may be required to complete this, but I'm not sure:
1. Go to the ACTIONS table 2. From the FMP "File" Menu, choose "Define Value Lists" 3. In the dialouge box that appears, select "Action List" and click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the box 4. Add and Delete values as needed (BE CAREFUL ABOUT DELETING - IF YOU DELETE A VALUE THAT HAS BEEN USED, THAT DATA WILL BE LOST FOREVER) 5. Click on the "OK" button 6. Click on the "Done" button Your actions should now be updated with the new values that you set.
