Here's my situation: We borrowed a list from a fellow performing arts organization and included with our mailing a postcard that asked recipients to respond if they wanted to stay on OUR mailing list. When I add these names to our list, I also want to identify them as people who responded to this mailing (using an ebase defined source code) under the Action menu.
I created an action called "respond to mailing" in the value list. However, the actions available to me in the "add an action" window do not reflect the changes I made. I can force it to choose "respond to mailing" by using the indexed choices (control I), however, why do my changes not appear in the drop down box?
