Good trick. I'll offer an additional piece. Although if the records 
are exported from the same set in the same order you should have no 
trouble, I am always afraid of getting the rows mixed up and getting 
the wrong info on a person's record. To avoid that, you could export 
a common field, record number for example, with each set of data. 
When you paste them together it would be easy to compare these fields 
and insure the data is consistent.
