We are having problems importing updates from our national office.  There 
is a special function on the 2nd screen of the admin page to grab and 
import the data from out national office.  First, we download the files 
from an FTP site and make sure they are placed in the right folder.  That 
works fine.  Then, we click on the button that is supposed to process the 
updated and new info.  The information appears to be processed and the and 
a screen identifies that the update file was processed.  However, none of 
the new information appears to be in the e-base database.  The number of 
records is exactly the same, which shouldn't be the case since some of the 
updates are new records.
  This process worked fine in the past.  Not sure why it's not working 
now.  Any suggestions???
