Rachel, Changes to the grace period will only affect payments entered after the change in the grace period was made. Unfortunately, you'll have to manually change the grace period for all the folks who should have that grace period. If you can create a found set of the people (or payments) that need to be changed then you could do a global replace to change the grace period for all those records.
The solution might go something like this: -- Find all Dues payments within some range of dates (do this on the payment entry screen) -- Verify that this is the found set you want -- Put your cursor in the Grace Per field on the Payment Entry screen -- Enter your new grace period for one of the records -- With cursor still in that field, select the Script "FMPro REPLACE Command" -- Make sure the dialog box says it will replace the contents of the Grace Period field in the ## of records in your found set with the value "3" -- Click Replace and you're done Carl Rachel Gooen wrote: > > Hello- > I have recently changed the parameters for the grace period on > membership expirations, but it is not transferring to the records.
