#2. Is there a way to have multiple entries in one field, and then pull by any variable you may enter. If we set up a separate field per staff member or board member, the queries could be quite cumbersome and LONG....For us, we have 11 staff members and 11 board, so you can see how the queries would go....
#3. We also need ability to manage who asked for gift, which campaign, and who is signing thank you letters. Simply having it in the memo field doesn't quite do it. We need ability to segment according to campaign (ie. if you're running 2 separate, restricted gift campaigns, as well as your annual operating, you need ability to manage who is asking for what).
#4. We need ability similar to #2....who knows who. For a number of our members, we have 6 people who know them, and we need ability to enter them all....likewise, the queries would be very cumbersome...
Are these major alterations/customizations?
