Hi,

We use the runtime ebase.

Our membership database is maintained on a pc, but i would like to
back it up on my G3 Powerbook. I have downloaded the ebase mac
version onto the laptop. If I email the ebase files (excluding the
exe file) to myself on the mac, can I open these files with the mac
version of ebase?

A second question: we have 159 members, but 170 entry numbers, due
to deletions, etc. Is there a way to make the member numbers match
the entry number? We are about to embark on a membership campaign
and I would really like to have it tidy before we start adding lots
more names.
