Subject: Re: Deceased Members

I have noticed that if you delete a record, you are given some options for
the deletion - moved, deceased, etc. What happens to these deleted records
and to the data about the reason for deletion? There must be a good reason
for having to give a reason, so presumably it is stored somewhere
accessible?

I really appreciate this support digest. It is a great learning tool. In
addition to keeping the whole collection in a "Tech Tips" file, I skim each
day's topics, then cut and paste any items that are of particular relevance
to our organisation into a separate "Useful Tips" file. This provides good
browsing material for those sleepless nights!
