Not having a copy of the FileMaker disk (or a license for multiple copies)
is a violation of the copyright. Unless you have made changes, you should be
able to run with the free runtime ebase.

If you use Win98 upgrade rather than reinstall, all your current programs
will survive. However, for most versions of Windows, going the upgrade route
has led to problems. For most people a clean reinstall about once a year
gets rid of lots of unknown gremlims.
