If you can include your ebase record number field in the tab delimited export, and that field can be returned to you, you can then simply reimport the data back into ebase using the ebase import routine. When you do the dupe check with the existing ebase data, check for dupes based on record number. Then, make sure all the import records come up as dupes, spot check several of the records to make sure they truly match up properly, and set all records to Update. For the last step of the import, make sure the radio buttons for the Update records are set to replace the ebase address data for address/delivery, address secondary, city, state/province, zip, zip +4, etc. (check the "Y" option, not "N" or the only if empty option). Do the import. This should leave the existing records intact and only update the fields you specify (the address fields). Payments and other data will remain attached to the proper records.
Oh, and one more thing, make sure to make a backup before doing the import, so you have an up-to-date file to return to if anything goes awry...
