There's always a way <g>. In this case there isn't anything built into ebase to do what you describe, so you need to modify a layout in ebase. To do that you need a FileMaker license (not the runtime application) and some knowledge of working with layouts in FileMaker. I would start by duplicating a layout such as the Deposit Report and adding to the summary parts the aggregate fields you find on the Home screen for YTD$, and in the Summary file for 2yrs back $.Is there a way to print a report for my board each month that shows all the donations that came in for a particular month, by whom they were made and how much they have donated ytd and in prior years? I found a report that showed all the renewals but it didn't show montly donations and special gifts, too.
