Do both WANs have the same layer 3 gateway (ie are they on the same subnet) or are you just purely talking about the upstream IP you wish to monitor. If the same gateway, you'll likely run into some wierd problems, if it works at all. If that's the case, you should insert one more routing device between one of your WANs and the ISP so the WANs can be on unique subnets.
