I'm rather happy with the HP ProCurve switch family. Others have pointed towards the fanless 1800 product line http://www.procurve.com/news/fanless1800.htm They're around the same price as Netgears (J9028B sells for about 270 EUR, the 1800-8G for some 110 EUR -- GS108T-100US for 75 EUR), so I would go with HPs. Less pain that way. -- Eugen* Leitl leitl http://leitl.org ______________________________________________________________ ICBM: 48.07100, 11.36820 http://www.ativel.com http://postbiota.org 8B29F6BE: 099D 78BA 2FD3 B014 B08A 7779 75B0 2443 8B29 F6BE --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
