Ok, got that. There's still a discrepancy in the number of states
between the active and backup.
The incorrect hash stuff I don't have an explanation for. I re-
entered the password and verified the vhids on the two VIPs (vhid 5
and 11) but I still get the hash error. No special characters in the
password.
