My cable internet connection recently outgrew my WRAP, and instead of making a short-term switch to ALIX I decided to jump to more performance. I now have a Supermicro X7SPA-H board in this case: http://www.mini-box.com/M350-enclosure-with-picoPSU-80-and-60W-adapter Since the case is fanless, its as quiet as the old WRAP. I didn't write down power consumption, but if I remember correctly it was around 20w. (No drive in it ... I"m running off a USB flash drive). If you are concerned about the price of the Supermicro board, I guess you could use a D510MO board and add an extra NIC....
