thanks for picking that up... I think it is more likely, in the
future, that B-format will be converted to N3D so I've change the
title to "Conversion 'from'" and I'll clearly indicate the names of
the FMH component channels.

(that will also help users route channels to Ambdec since Ambdec uses
the FMH component channel names as Jack channel names)

ah, good point, I've only converted 1st order stuff to N3D, so the
spurious gain hasn't been an issue.
