Er, no. Burned to CD, yes, but if the player (or a decoder at the other end of a digital link) doesn't know about DTS, then you just get whitish noise.
Very useful, though; as a file it plays in VideoLAN etc, and on CD I have had success giving it to others (with suitable instructions to play it in their DVD player!).
