It's indeed max rV at 50 Hz. But the picture is a bit more complicated.
Consider a source panned exactly front (corresponding to a speaker).

Without NFC the seven others would be at around -17 dB, with L,R,B in
antiphase and LF, RF, LB, RB in phase.

With NFC the pattern becomes wider, and the phases are not that simple
any more. The back speaker actually turns out to be in phase actually
but still quite low level.
