John,
I'm thinking of buying a 788T but the hard drive version and then swapping it out for an
SSD when cash permits.
A question if you have the time:
I have a TetraMic, do you know any way to get a stereo feed in the 788T for the
headphones for monitoring purposes?
I guess the B format monitoring in the 788T is useless for a TetraMic.
To obtain a slight stereo effect in the headphones using my current Traveller I merged
Mic1 & Mic3 left, Mic2 & Mic4 right into a separate stereo bus fed to the 'phones
output channel of the Traveller.
I suppose I could do the same with the 788T.
The only problem doing this is you can't differentiate front and back.
It is better than a straight mono mix though.
