It's possible this could be an mfm/rll controller card for hard drives.
If there are two 20-pin connectors, and one 34-pin connector, this is
definitely the case. if it's only got the 2 20-pin connectors though,
it's a controller card like I've never seen before. However, as mentioned
on this list a while ago, there is an fcc database online where you can
put in the fcc id number on a card, and get it's information including
manufacturer and function. perhaps you could try that to determine what
it is for certain.
