Not necessary to pirate at all. Anyone who upgraded can giveaway
their copy. One local company I knew dumped dozens of unopened
packages of Win 3.1 into the dumpster (they have site licence, still
get the manuals &disks etc). If you are in the right place you can
have them. One of the defence establishments did the same thing with
older versions of various software. Just had to scrounge in their
garbage  :-)
