What's "the PIF editor"?
the only program so far that opened "normally"[I've never used it] is
Excel... I keep fiddling with my progman.ini -some of the .GRP files have
a "0" as their eighth character in their names... I try to open Word and
my system says it can't find the .exe file and to check the path... the
.exe file Is there and (as far as I can see) the path is correct... yet I
still get this same error message with no Word... I try to open
WordPerfect and it says 'shared code module is invalid'
sorry to lay all this on you I am just so frustrated at what seems to
suggest a few keystrokes as the answer to... thanks for all the help so
far
I have done a warm reboot several times with the same inability and error
messages
sorry again for the bother,
I am thinking should I edit config.sys or system.ini?
