Uhm... I don't think Windows will parse environment variables when running
anything - the best it does is check the PATH. *Maybe* you could try doing
CHDIR E:\%USER% E: then running Windows from the PATH, but you'll probably need
all the apps in the path too.
And yes, it's the working directory in the English versions too...
