i didn't receive this mail, and since i don't  read all the mail in
eithe r this or the Arachne list, i didn't see or know what was going
on. i believe it might have come from me.

for some reason i don't understand, my transport system has
auto-replied to perhaps more than quite a few of the people on both
this and the Arachne mailing lists. i apologize for any confusion
this might have caused.

this is just a guess, but i would surmise that the reason that there
was no sent-from nor reply info was because that particular message
was originally sent to a local user, me, from my brother. i do not
know why it was suddenly being sent elsewhere, but now i'm also
finding my messages are being distributed to the wrong mailbox on my
network. good grief, Charlie Brown!
