I'm seeing the same thing happening to me at my local ISP.
It becomes agravating when the message storage time is anywhere between 1&
1/2 days to 4/5 of a day.
I have found that web based USENET clients tend to store
more than than by
about at least a day.
Some of said clients, unfortunately, rely on the support of JavaScript or
use extensive use of cookies for posting.
Regarding postings, the easy way arround that is to post via e-mail.
