Thanks pete, customer support is elusive, but I'll try researching the chip
at their faq site and see what turns up.
I sure hope I haven't wasted five hours worth of my money on software I
can't use that I can't take back because the seal is cracked! Then again,
it's probably just the boot disk and maybe they'll come through with a
different boot disk for me? that would be nice, I'll wish really hard!
