Which vesion of DR-DOS? I downloaded and installed 7.03, which solved many peculiar
problems for me. I had
7.02 before, codepages where not correctly loaded and it could not execute files in
D:\BAT... It was not on an
XT though, there I have MS-DOS 3.3 .
My ambitions for the next 24 hours is to replace the CD by a floppydrive and try to
get my Compaq running on
my homemade 6v-battery. If I will be unsuccesful, the XT will be much used..
