I had a chance to try windows 95 B on my computer whith 4 MB ram, it
worked, but was writting to the hard drive a LOT.
I would tab to the start button on the desk top, and hit enter on it, wait
about 30 seconds and programs documents settings would come up.
The worst thing was going to settings and clicking on the controll pannel
icon, that took some ware between 1 and 2 minutes the drive going all the
while to open it up.
  I had 32 MB ram, 8 )4 meg 30 sims(
I had to pull the new 4 meg simes I put in because I was having all kinds
of problems running windows, especially whith the registry.
The memory showed up in device maniger and mem in dos knew about the new
memory, but the new memory caused problems for me.
So I took the new 4 meg sims out and put back the 4 1 meg sims in the
computer to get a total of 20 megs.
It runs about twice as fast, and no registry problems.
I would really really like to get 32 megs ram in this computer, but the
sim slots are not labeled other than 0 and 1...
About the only thing I know about the sims in it now is, they are 3 chip
30 pin 4 MB 60 NS sims 4 of them, and 2 chip 1 MB 60 NS
30 pin sims, 4 of those
also, for a whapping total of 20 megs, not to nock it or any thing.
The new 4 meg sims have three chips on them whith all the same part
number, these are the sims that don't work.
The 4 MB sims that do work have two chips whith the same part number and
one chip whith a different part number on it.
Well I ran on long enough for now, I think.

   Thanks!
  Pete
