Hello
  I ran across
  www.memory.com
I was suprised to hear they do have 16 MB 30 pin sims, parity I think.
I need to get some one to take a look at my mother board and help me
identify it.
The local stores here are not interested in 486 any thing computers,
unless you want to scrap it and buy a new pentium from them.
I stil whish some one would have had the forsite to label the sims and the
slots that they go in, it would make things easier.
  Oh well.
The abuv board memory cards are a cool thing, and I do know some one who
has two of em, also a cople of kingston memory cards.
He is trying to use them in some compaque 486 computers he has whith out
much luck.
The computer runs a lot faster if the abuvboard memory card is not being
used, and windows 95 drivers are not available for them, are they?
I was going to buy one for ten bucks, but well, I couldn't find any
drivers for em eather.
Some thing really super cool would be an one gig isa slot memory chip.
Instead of using a sim or dim slot use an existing isa slot.

  Thanks!
  Pete
