It never hurts to be prepared. :-) That's why I've investigated all
that's possible with non-MS products. Surprisingly, I've been overwhelmed
with the multitude of DOS products available (especially freeware) --
which we've been told are "dead" -- and yet are still being developed.
Then there's the curious explosion of interest in Linux, for which I'm
beginning to develop a special fondness, and... security.
If there's a storm coming, I don't think it's going to be a Y2K storm or
an Internet scare. It's what could happen to Microsoft -- and Wall Street
-- if they can no longer control the OS market.
And after the "storm"? Well, some things will be cheap, and some things
will be mighty expensive. Just like after *real* storms... ;-)
