If I were psychic in 1983 in 1983 I would have bought stock in a
pre-start up called Compaq. Instead of buying into a Rela Estate Limited
Partnership in their home town. And I would be worth a ratio of some 300
times the dollars invested. But now I have a great tax write off for a
"real" "estate" sink hole :-(
