My copy of 6.1 certainly does not include it.  However, I've heard from
at least one person who did get SuperStor with 6.1, so there seems to
be some variation there....

It's almost certainly identical to what was included in PC DOS 7.  If
there were updates, IBM would have released them as Corrective Service
Disks, along with all the other patches to PC DOS 7.  (That's probably
the biggest real difference between MS-DOS and PC DOS:  IBM makes
updates available, Microsoft saves 'em up until they have enough fixes
to sell a new version.)
