Yes. Read the LILO mini-HOWTO. Somewhere at the end are instructions for
faking DOS/Win to believe it is at primary master, first partition. It's
not hard.

Make the DOS partition the first partition. Then a small ('bout 32 MB)
swap partition, than the Linux partition. If the machine also runs Windows,
it's possible to have Linux and Windows use the same swap space.
