About how to put files from the PC to an Apple //e, there is an
Apple //e emulation site which has a utilities sections.
One of the utilities is seposed to be able to read apple //e disks
in a PC drive and make disk images of them. I'm not sure if it can,
but it might also be able to work in the opposite way - that is,
write actuall apple disks, though I highly doubt it can.. have
a look at the utilities (listed in the end of the page) in the URL:
