 Hi Bob
   >1. software for Apple <snip>
GW micro used to have vt100 terminal emulation over a modem ran on an apple
2E, it was called termtalk. It was a talking terminal for the blind, but
you could turn off the speech or select no speech. It was a really cool
program. It used about 6 or 7 hundred prodos blocks on a prodos flopy, or
was that the remaining space free, I don't remember, it's been a while.
I think there site is:
   http://www.gwmicro.com
I am not sure if it is stil available, but you can call a felo at GWmicro
and ask for Dug Geofry, that's not the way his name is spelled, it just
sounds like that coming threw a speech synthasiser.
Don't mention me, I think he got upset whith me when I told him 600
dollars or was it 695 dollars was too much for it. Any ways this was about
ten years ago, and the company is stil there, so is Dug.

   >2. Get it off a PC/Windows system onto 5.25 diskette for the Apple
I think there should be a download able, but am not sure.
