Well, I guess these '# Appears as' things are M$ chat mutilations of the IRC
RFC - the same names appear in the 'set character' dialog when MS chat is in
Comic Strip mode. I don't know what answering them with something else does to
the client, I've only used it once when I couldn't find any other IRC clients
on someone's PC.
